How do I return?

When you shop at www.muubs.com, you have 30 day right of cancellation, where you can inform us that you have regret and return the product to us. See ore at terms and conditions:

Where can I send claim to?

It is important that you send your claim to the dealers, you have bought the products from. That means that if you have bought the Muubs products at one of our dealers, you need to contact them. If you have bought the product in our webshop, you will need to send it to support@designconceptdenmark.dk. Please include: Your order number Productnummer and productname Number of products The claim reason Pictures in a high resolution where you can see the issue.   Read more in our terms and conditions below:
